This setting was much easier and faster to save I would recommend this setting if you have minimal pictures data on the page aim to keep my web pages under 200KB.

Although this method is take a bit longer it gives you a higher control and a more compresses file size with similar quality to the "Save As" method. It is always best to keep your page size as low as possible.


I have been working in print and print graphics for over 25 years and compression is against my nature. Over the past months you have been to understand the benefits of good compression and how the impact can make a better site. How good compression doesn't mean sacrificing quality. You just have to make sure you get your numbers right. Fit the pixels to the size of the image; and for web that is all you need.
